Yuilyn (Yui) A. Chang Chusan is a PhD student in the Food and Nutrition Policy and Programs at Friedman, where she also obtained her Master of Nutrition Science and Policy. As someone who experienced food insecurity in her home country, Ecuador, her goal is to conduct community-based research that focuses on social determinants of health and health disparities.
