Catherine Wright is the Associate Director at ChildObesity180 where her work focuses on the development, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of evidence-based interventions for nutrition and physical activity. She works closely with the Director of CO180 and across the team to ensure smooth day to day operations and on developing long-term strategy for CO180, and plays an active role in identification, development and submission of new grants and funding opportunities. In addition, Ms. Wright currently works on several initiatives and projects, including Catalyzing Communities and THIS-WIC. Prior to joining Tufts University, Ms. Wright worked for more than ten years for the PBS documentary series “Frontline,” serving most recently as the series’ story editor. She earned a BA in Literary Studies from Middlebury College and a Masters in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from the Friedman School.
